Assessment & Care Review
When the home is licensed and accepting residents, care needs, preferences, routines and other relevant information will be reviewed to determine whether the home can safely and appropriately meet the prospective resident's needs.
Admission & Personalized Care Planning
When the home is an appropriate fit and admission requirements are satisfied, the admission process and individualized care planning will be coordinated with the resident and their authorized representatives.
Rainier Care Homes is currently preparing its first residence for Washington Adult Family Home licensure and is not yet accepting residents for placement. Families and referral professionals interested in future availability are welcome to join our interest list.
